This is the beginning of an audio adventure through which we hope to discover a new side of the great terroirs of Burgundy. Together with Tom, the Hungry Cyclist, we are exploring a dimension of the climates and their terroirs that is rarely given the appreciation that it deserves, the sound.
Unsure of what will come from the project, we start now in January in the heart of the Côte-d’Or at the acclaimed Grand Cru vineyard of Corton-Charlemagne. So please… put your earphones on, pour a glass of wine and enjoy the Echoes des Terroirs.
